This page is your guide to our Production Department, expectations, and best practices. The Claims Department plays a crucial role ensuring all projects get completed to the Weatherguard standard.
The Production Department ensures that roofing jobs are completed efficiently, accurately, and to the satisfaction of both the customer and internal stakeholders.
They coordinate installations, manage crews, ensure material delivery, and act as a bridge between sales, customer service, and field operations.
The Roofing manger coordinate scheduling with the homeowner and installation crews
Ensure the right crews are assigned and prepared for each job.
Confirm materials are ordered and delivered on time.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of work orders submitted by reps.
Confirm jobs are completed correctly and gather required documentation (photos, notes, etc.).
Note: The Production Team will not be gathering all documentation. They rely on the Project Manager to provide documentation, including the Post Roof Inspection.
Handling claims efficiently requires organization, proper documentation, and clear communication. Follow this workflow to ensure successful claims processing.
